KOŠICE RUNWAY RUN 2016 - the event you cannot miss

Košice, the European City of Sport, will experience a unique running event - KOŠICE RUNWAY RUN - the evening run directly on the airport runway of Košice Airport.
The first year promises a unique experience – there is 5k or 10k long track ready for all athletes. Košice is the only city in Slovakia where you can experience running on the runway at the airport. Besides their own motivation to deliver their best performance, athletes will also enjoy the evening atmosphere of illuminated airport runway and accompanying show, which is being prepared by the organisers.
Running is more and more popular nowadays and people run not only to stay fit, but also for pleasure they have from running. All of these positives are merged in KOŠICE RUNWAY RUN which also offers a bit more – the opportunity to find themselves in places where you cannot normally get in due to the strict safety precautions.
The deal of discounted entry fee is offered; the athletes can secure their special price by early registration. The registration itself is available online from 01.12.2015 till 23.04.2016 (inclusive), alternatively, until the date when organizer will be forced to close the registration process due to the event capacity constraints.
The night run is about sport, but also about having fun. And in case of KOŠICE RUNWAY RUN it is mainly about magic night atmosphere of the unusual place.
